Brewing Recommendation: Suitable for brewing raw Pu'er tea, green tea, Tieguanyin, etc. It is recommended to use one teapot for one type of tea.
Description: Purple clay is a porous material with a dual pore structure, characterized by fine pores and high density. It does not leak and has strong adsorption capabilities, enhancing the tea's rich and mellow flavor. Purple clay does not change color when storing tea, maintains the tea's original flavor without altering it, and does not impart any undesirable tastes. It perfectly preserves the tea's color, aroma, and taste.

Teapot Opening Method: Steps for preparing the teapot:
- Use clean water and a soft-bristle toothbrush to brush off any residue on the surface of the teapot.
- Separate the teapot body and lid, and place them flat in a pot filled with clean water.
- Heat the water to a boil, then reduce to medium heat and continue boiling for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the teapot and let it air dry before use.

Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@theteacloud.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply and tell you where to send it. Please email us before you send anything back.
You pay for return shipping. Please return items in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
We will refund your payment once the item has arrived back with us and we have checked it.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos. We will send a replacement at our cost, or give you a full refund.
