Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at info@theteacloud.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply and tell you where to send it. Please email us before you send anything back.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping.

Condition of returned items

Please return items in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

We will refund your payment once the item has arrived back with us and we have checked it.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos. We will send a replacement at our cost, or give you a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not exchange items once an order has been delivered.
