A matcha set built around a handmade spouted bowl. A kohiki-style white glaze is brushed on by hand over a linen-weave texture, so every bowl looks a little different. Choose the bowl with a matching ceramic whisk holder, the bowl with a bamboo whisk and scoop, or the full four-piece set in a gift box. The pale glaze sets off the green of whisked matcha, and the spout lets you pour it into cups to share.
- Material: Ceramic bowl and whisk holder; bamboo whisk (chasen) and scoop (chashaku)
- Design: Hand-brushed Kohiki White glaze over a linen-texture surface. The bowl has a pouring spout and a footed base, and the whisk holder has fine vertical ribs. The texture is irregular by design, and size, shape and glaze color vary slightly from piece to piece and batch to batch. Small pinholes and dark specks are normal in fired ceramics.
- Function: Whisk matcha in the bowl and pour it into cups through the spout. Measure the matcha with the scoop, and rest the whisk on the holder after use so it dries in shape.
- Size: Bowl 13 cm (5.1 in) long, 12 cm (4.7 in) wide and 8 cm (3.1 in) tall, holds 420 ml (14.2 oz), about 395 g. Whisk holder 7 cm (2.8 in) across and 7.3 cm (2.9 in) tall, about 115 g. Whisk 6.2 cm (2.4 in) across and 10.7 cm (4.2 in) tall, about 15 g. Scoop 18 cm (7.1 in) long, about 4 g.
- Care: For the bowl and whisk holder: wash after use and let them air-dry. Tea stains come off with a tea-stain cleaner, and oily marks with dish soap.

Returns
You can return an item within 15 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@theteacloud.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply and tell you where to send it. Please email us before you send anything back.
You pay for return shipping. Please return items in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
We will refund your payment once the item has arrived back with us and we have checked it.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos. We will send a replacement at our cost, or give you a full refund.
Exchanges and cancellations
We do not exchange items once an order has been delivered. To cancel an order, email us with your order number.
