Once shipped from China, orders typically take 8-18 days to reach their destination. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by an email containing the shipment tracking information.

Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@theteacloud.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply and tell you where to send it. Please email us before you send anything back.
You pay for return shipping. Please return items in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
We will refund your payment once the item has arrived back with us and we have checked it.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos. We will send a replacement at our cost, or give you a full refund.
